Group Business Development Director

The Group Business Development Director will be a key driver in the expansion agenda within our Vendor portfolio. They will be responsible for fostering key relationships between the Executives and the Key Stakeholders and for developing strategic plans at a group level and cascading these strategic initiatives into local tactical plans, identifying opportunities and risks, creating growth opportunities and competitive advantages, The role will require the post holder to foster strong relationships within the local country organisations.

Client Inside Sales Specialist - 12 month fixed term contract

This role provides administrative and pro-active support to the external sales team, renewals team and/or product sales team as required. Providing excellent customer service and working within service level agreements, this role involves reporting activities and engagement in customer facing activties too. The role manages the quoting and sales order process from receipt of purchase order from customer through to Supply Chain team including quality checks and error resolution, daily customer back order and invoice reporting and ensuring the CRM system is maintained.

Sales Support Executive

The SSE role is primarily a support position. The SSE is responsible for one or more vendors within the Nuvias portfolio. Core to this role is the support of existing business relationships and the Product Sales Manager PSM) as well as the administrative tasks for the department. The SSE is also responsible for the delivery of vendor specific support to the Account Management Teams. Adhering to company policy and working to the company ISO Quality Management system (9001 certification) and company security management system (27001 certification) and BSI standards at all times.

Sales Support and Renewals Specialist

The role is to provide administrative and support excellence to the sales team, renewals team or product sales team, as required by the business. The role includes actioning administrative functions that are required to deliver excellent customer service working to the company SLA agreements and supporting in reporting activities and other customer facing activities. Adhering to company policy and working to the company ISO Quality Management system (9001 certification) and company security management system (27001 certification) at all times.
